Preserve the documents that show what happened, when it happened, and how it affected you.

  • Breach notice emails and school outage notices
  • Canvas outage screenshots and inaccessible coursework screenshots
  • Emails about delayed finals, assignments, extensions, grades, or alternate exams
  • Private Canvas message categories that contained sensitive information
  • Phishing, spam, extortion, suspicious messages, school announcements, and LMS status notices
  • AP, high-school, scholarship, graduation, clinical, licensing, certification, or admissions impacts
